Report Concerning Behavior
Do Your Part!
If you see or experience wrongdoing, report it to the High School Main Office immediately! There are also two ways to make an online report:
OK2SAY
The State of Michigan's OK2SAY website is a location where "anyone can report tips confidentially on criminal activities or potential harm directed at students, school employees, or schools. Tips can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week". Click here to be directed to the OK2SAY website.
PHS Incident Report
The PHS Incident Report form allows PHS students to report harassment/bullying/other incidents online. Click here to complete the PHS Incident Report.
