Interested in requesting PCS facilities?

Plainwell Community Schools welcomes the use of school facilities by the community for purposes directly related to the educational, civic, cultural, recreational, and social life of the community. NEW RATES (2/4/25)! For rental facilities and pricing, please click here. Please note that rentals booked prior to 2/4/25 will be charged the previous contracted rates. For bookings on or after 2/4/25, please refer to the new rates. 

To request the use of any facilities within the Plainwell Community Schools District, organizations must complete an online application for Facility Use at least 14 days in advance. 

Facility use will be allowed as long as it does not interfere with educational or extracurricular activities.  The Superintendent or their designee may authorize or limit the use of District facilities by non-student groups in accordance with this policy and applicable laws. Before submitting your request, please review our Facility Use & Rental Rules and Guidelines.

We've partnered with FMX to offer a simple and efficient way for the community to submit facility use requests online.  Before you can reserve a facility, you must register for an account.  Please complete the form with the required information.  Please ensure that all sections of the application are fully completed to avoid any processing delays.
