FAQ: Why is there another bond proposal on the November ballot? What is different about this one?
As the May 2024 bond proposal was not approved by voters, we are still facing the same facilities issues...here are the steps we have taken since. We...
1. Surveyed the community for feedback
2. Re-evaluated our existing needs
3. Reduced the proposal by over $2 million
4. Revised the project list while still aiming to address our top-priority district facilities issues.
Learn more about the proposal at plainwellschools.org/page/2024-bond
Students in Mrs. Youngs’ and Mrs. Bunker’s Young 5 classes took a field trip to Gull Meadow Farms last Friday. While there, they went on wagon rides, picked and learned about apples, enjoyed donuts and cider, all while playing and exploring the grounds at Gull Meadow Farms. When they returned to school, they made applesauce in their classrooms with some of the apples they picked from the orchard. It was a great day for our Young 5 students, family and staff. 🍎
