Greetings Middle School Parents and Guardians,
At Plainwell Middle School we take the issue of student mental health and wellness seriously. Next month during the week of October 4, we are asking Middle School students to complete a social emotional screener. This screener asks targeted questions about a student's mental health including areas such as depression, anxiety, exposure to trauma, grief and suicidal thoughts. The results are viewed only by middle school counseling department staff and are used to identify and connect with students who may be in need of support. Student participation is encouraged, but optional. Please review the survey linked below and reach out to school counseling staff with any questions or concerns. Thank you!
