KOALA FIELD TRIP: The fifth graders from Cooper Elementary went to the Allegan Event Center today where they enjoyed going on the zipline, ropes course and climbing walls. They also enjoyed time playing some arcade games. It was a great day for the fifth grade Koalas!

2022-23 SAFE: We are excited to share that registration is now open for the 2022-23 SAFE program. The School Age Fun & Enrichment (SAFE) Program is a self-funded, licensed child care program for K-5 students. Supervised by a caring and attentive staff, SAFE child care provides before and after school care at all three elementary buildings. GVSU SUMMER WRITING CAMPS AT PLAINWELL: Does your child love to write? An aspiring author, journalist or poet? The Lake Michigan Writing Project at GVSU is proud to announce Summer Writing Camps for 2022 - https://youtu.be/aYPuVX5A5q8. For one week, your child will have the chance to explore the wonders of writing with some of West Michigan’s finest teachers, right here at Plainwell Community Schools. The writing camp is for students entering grades 4th-7th who are interested in and love writing! SON DAY: On Saturday, we held our annual Son Day where we had 200 participants. During the event, sons and their chaperones enjoyed an evening at PCS filled with magic and entertainment! The special event included prizes, surprises and giveaways including: Scoop the Balloonatic artist, a photo booth, special gifts and prizes and an amazing magic show by Magician Brian Penny. What a special evening it was for those that attended, from laughs and giggles, to special pictures, balloons and fun, it was a great time for the PCS sons and their dates. A very special thank you to all that participated in making this such a wonderful day! Plainwell Pride!
