BAND FIELD TRIP: Last week, the Plainwell Middle School 7th grade band students took a field trip to TreeRunner Adventure Park in Grand Rapids. It was a great day of adventure, team building and fun for these students!

KAYAKING ADVENTURE: Last week, the students in Plainwell Middle School’s Michigan Exploration class took a kayaking adventure. It was a great opportunity and adventure to explore Michigan for the 8th grade students in Mr. Herbert’s class!
TROJAN CROSS COUNTRY: On Saturday, the Trojan Boys and Girls Cross Country teams had a very successful trip to Bangor for the Bangor Invite. The girls were crowned champions after placing their top 5 runners in the top 7 overall and had 8 medalists overall. The boys team was runner up with the top 5 boys all getting medals. Way to go, Trojans!
TROJANS SUPPORTING TROJANS: The JV soccer team watched and cheered on the Plainwell Middle School soccer teams last night. What a great way to show their support to the future high school soccer players! Great teamwork, everyone - Trojan Pride! ⚽️💙

PCS TAEKWONDO: Join us for our upcoming Community Education Taekwondo program beginning Monday (9/13)! Classes will be held on Monday evenings from 9/13 - 11/15 from 5:30-7 PM at Plainwell Middle School's Cafeteria. The class will run for 10 weeks and is offered at no cost as a one-time offer to anyone 7+ that wants to try out the program. STAFF KICK-OFF: Earlier this week, we held our staff kick-off breakfast! Our Superintendent, Mr. Montange, was excited to welcome our returning PCS staff and greet our new team members! A very special thanks to the amazing team at PCS - each and every employee has a critical role in the education of Today’s Learners and Tomorrow’s Leaders - and we are so thankful for each of you!
Also, thank you to the vendors that joined us for the event to share information with our staff! We appreciate the ongoing support from our community - Plainwell Pride!
