TIPS & TRICKS FOR PLAINWELL ATHLETIC TICKETS/PASSES: Yesterday we announced our new online athletic event ticketing! We understand that change is hard! In the long run, this new way of ticketing will be easier, faster and more convenient! It also is best financial practice. To help with the process, please try the following suggestions to help make your ticket purchase easier!
1. Please buy your tickets ahead of time, don’t wait to purchase at the gate!
2. If you have a smartphone, download the HomeTown Fan app from Apple or Google. The app allows you access to Plainwell tickets and passes. You can access every schools' digital tickets, as most schools in our league are using HomeTown ticketing for purchasing tickets.
3. If you don’t have a smartphone, please use a desktop, laptop or tablet and print out your ticket. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask, as we are happy to help! We will have limited iPads at the gate that can help you as well.
4. The QR code accesses the desktop version of the ticketing site, which unfortunately takes a long time to load on your phone. Please be patient when using the QR code, try turning your phone sideways as it is easier to use. You can also use the link: www.bit.ly/plainwell-tickets to purchase tickets.
Thank you for your patience as we work through this new process and change! We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming sporting events - Go Trojans!
